Sony has tentitavly set the release date for the first Friday in May 2007, making the official release date May 4th, 2007.
Cast:
Tobey Maguire will continue in his roll as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
Kirsten Dunst will continue as Mary Jane Watson
James Francowill continue in his roll as Harry Osborne.
In a recent interview with Zap2It.com, Kirsten Dunst let slip the identities of the villians. As this is not official and potentially a spoiler click and drag to highlight the text if you want to see what she had to say abouy the villians: "We have really great people though as the villains in this film, Thomas Haden Church and Topher Grace, Venom and Sandman," she quickly corrected herself saying, "It's the other way around." - Dunst.
Director:
Sam Raimi will once again direct. Raimi directorial experience includes 'The Evil Dead', 'Darkman', 'A Simple Plan', and of course 'Spider-Man' 1 and 2.
