Resurrection Ship - Pt 2 recap
Ding dong the wicked witch is dead... But not by Starbuck's hand or by order of Adama.

“The battlestars Pegasus and Galactica go head-to-head with the Cylon fleet in a attempt to provide cover for the destruction of the "Resurrection Ship" and with it the destruction of the Cylon safety net. In addition to the battle to destroy the Resurrection Ship, Lt. Thrace is struggling within an internal battle over whether or not she can/should carry out Commander Adama's order to assassinate Admiral Cain.

Meanwhile, an attack on the Chief and Helo is taking place in the Pegasus brig, revenge for the “murder” of an officer to whom the crewmembers are loyal. It is the 11^th hour (or maybe it was 12:02) intervention by the Pegasus's XO that prevents the beating becoming more serious or fatal.

Additionally, the Blackbird is destroyed in a seemingly chance collision leaving Leigh floating freely in his damaged space suit following the completion of his mission to destroy the Resurrection Ship’s FTL drive.

In the end the for the destruction of the Resurrection Ship is successful, Adama and Admiral Cain both decide not to have the other assassinated, Gaius “accidentally” allows the Cylon prisoner Number Six to escape (oops), and …. As I mentioned above, Ding dong the wicked witch is dead, the escaped Number Six puts a bullet in Admiral Cain’s head.
