Spiderman 3 - Official photo's reveal villain spoiler

Sony Pictures has released several spoiler photos from the production of SpiderMan 3. One on these images is of particular interest, because at first glance it appears to be a black and white photo, however upon closer inspection it is SpiderMan's suit that appears black... Black as in the color of Venom, that black.

Spider-Man director Sam Raimi has said that he "dislikes the Venom character" and that he would not be included in the 2007 sequel, but rumors that Topher Grace's character is Venom have been dropped by Variety and by Spider-Man costar Kirsten Dunst. Those slips along with photo have ignited a firestorm of rumors regarding the inclusion of Venom in the third installment of the SpiderMan series of movies. SpiderMan 3 is set to open May 2007.
